  • Your Twitter profile picture URL.
  • Access tokens required to post tweets on your behalf.
• Limited Access: We only request and access the minimum necessary permissions from Twitter to enable the tweet generation and scheduling features of our Service. We do *not* access your direct messages, private follower lists, or other highly sensitive information unless explicitly stated and authorized by you for a future feature.
• Tweet Content: When you use our AI generation and scheduling features, the tweet content you create and schedule is processed through our Service and then sent to Twitter via their API. We store this content temporarily to facilitate scheduling and provide usage history within your dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

a. To Provide and Maintain the Service:

• To create and manage your Post Hype account.
• To enable AI tweet generation and tweet scheduling on your behalf via your connected Twitter accounts.
• To process payments and manage your subscriptions.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Service.

b. To Improve and Personalize the Service:

• To analyze user behavior and trends to understand how our Service is used.

c. For Communication:

a. With Twitter: We share the generated tweet content and your Twitter account authorization tokens with Twitter via their API solely for the purpose of publishing tweets on your behalf, as instructed by you.

• Payment Processors: To handle subscription payments (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).

b. Twitter Account Disconnection: You can disconnect your Twitter account(s) from Post Hype at any time through your Post Hype dashboard settings. This will revoke Post Hype's access to your Twitter account(s) for future scheduling.

c. Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

d. Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.

Payment Cancellation Policy

At Post Hype, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Payment Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling your paid subscription and receiving a refund.

1. Trial Period and Refund Eligibility:

We offer a seven (7) calendar day full refund guarantee from the date of your initial subscription payment for any chosen paid plan.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your subscription within the first seven (7) calendar days of your initial payment.
• Full Refund: If you cancel within this 7-day period, we will issue a complete refund of the subscription fee paid for that specific plan.

2. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund (within 7 days):

To cancel your subscription and request a refund within the eligible 7-day period:

3. After the 7-Day Refund Period:

• No Refunds: After the initial seven (7) calendar day full refund period has passed, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of Future Billing: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., month or year).
• Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 7-day refund period, regardless of how much of the billing cycle remains.

4. Exceptions:

• Refunds will not be issued for abuse of the service, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or for accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity.
• This policy applies only to direct subscriptions made through the Post Hype website. If you subscribed via a third-party platform, their refund policy may apply.

5. Refund Processing:
