The whole idea

Same neighborhood.
Same mailbox.
A fraction of the cost.

National chains have been mailing your street for years. They can absorb the printing, the postage and the artwork without blinking; a single local shop cannot. Put sixteen of them on the same card and the bill stops being the reason not to do it.

Where it lands

The corridor around the airport, door by door.

We are not mailing all of Lee County. The first card goes to the routes near RSW, where the gated communities are and where new homes are still coming out of the ground. More rooftops going up every quarter, and every one of them is a household that has not picked anybody yet.

Homes, not a list

EDDM goes to residential addresses on the route, with only the occasional business address depending on the route. No rented data, no bounced records, no opt-outs to manage.

XL

Too big to lose

An extra large postcard does not stack with the letters. It goes on the counter, and the coupons come off it one at a time over the next few weeks.

New

People who own nothing yet

A household that just closed on a house is picking a lawn guy, a pool guy, a dentist and a pizza place inside the same few months. They are choosing for the first time, not switching.

The name is a promise

Three things we could say, and what we are saying instead.

Every mailer company in Florida has a statistic ready for you. Most of those numbers are real and describe a different product than this one. We would rather you buy a panel because the arithmetic works than because a chart did its job.

Proven results in Southwest Florida

This is card number one

We have not mailed one yet. There is no redemption count to show you and we are not going to borrow somebody else's. What we can show you is the card, the routes, and who else is on it.

Laser-targeted households

Every door on the route

EDDM is bought by carrier route, not by household. Routes can be chosen on average income, age and household size. Your neighbor cannot. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling a different product.

Guaranteed return on your spend

Delivery, and your trade held

What we guarantee is what we control: the card gets printed, it reaches every occupied address on the routes you approved, and no competitor of yours appears anywhere on it. What happens after that depends on your offer.

Your panel

Two halves. One is the reason people keep it.

  1. The coupon is the reason the card survivesNobody keeps an ad. People keep a discount they intend to use. The coupon is what buys your ad panel another three weeks on the kitchen counter, and it is the part your staff hands back to you, counted.
  2. Your offer, not our templatePercent off, dollars off, buy one get one, free estimate, first month free. Nothing is mandatory. We push hard for a real seasonal offer anyway, because an offer worth keeping is the whole mechanism.
  3. A QR code that we countEvery panel carries one. It lands on a page tied to your business, so the people who scan instead of clipping are still countable.
  4. The ad panel is who you areLogo, one line, address, phone. This half works on the household that is not buying today but will be in April.
  5. We build the artworkDesign is included in the panel price, not billed on top. Send a logo and tell us the offer, approve a proof, and that is the entire job on your side.

One per trade

When your trade is taken, it is taken.

One business per trade on each card. The exclusivity covers the card you paid for: stay on the next one and your trade stays yours, drop off and it opens to whoever asks first. Pick yours below and it will follow you down to the form.

First card, filling now

Not listed? Tell us. If your trade does not collide with one already on the card, we open it.
Need more room? Panels can be doubled up. Sixteen is the minimum that has to be sold, not a ceiling on how big yours can be.

Two ways in

One card, or hold your trade for the year.

The card goes out every two to three months to start. That is deliberate: your busy season is not the roofer's busy season, and a card on that rhythm lets each business time its offer to the season it is walking into. Monthly is where this is going, once there is a bench of businesses to fill it.

Single card

Take one drop

  • One panel on the next card
  • Your trade locked for that card
  • Artwork and design included
  • Nothing owed after it mails

Three cards · recommended

Hold your trade across the year

  • Three drops at a discount
  • Your trade held on all three
  • A different seasonal offer each time
  • The same households see you three times

Also available

Your own mailer, nobody else on it

If the shared card is too small for what you are trying to do, we design and mail a solo piece to routes you choose, same EDDM mechanics, no panel to share. Most businesses should start on the community card. This is the step after it works.

Ask about a solo mailer

Bring a business you trust onto the card and you both pay less. The card fills faster, and you get to choose who you sit next to.

Start to mailbox

How a drop works

Step one

Lock the trade

Pick your category and reserve the panel. From that moment nobody in your line of work can buy onto that card.

Step two

Approve the proof

Send a logo and your offer. We lay out the coupon, the QR and the ad panel, and you sign off before anything goes to press.

Step three

The card fills

It prints when sixteen panels are committed, which realistically takes a few weeks on card one. You will always know where the count stands.

Step four

It hits the mailboxes

Bundled by carrier route and dropped at the post office. Every occupied address on the routes, inside one delivery window.

Step five

You get yours by hand

We bring you the finished card in person, so you see exactly what landed and your staff knows what the coupon looks like.

How you will know

Three ways to count, none of them a dashboard you have to log into.

01

Coupons that come back

The clipped coupon is a physical receipt. Put them in a drawer and at the end of the run you know exactly what the card did for you. Tell your staff to ask for it and it costs you nothing to track.

02

Scans on your QR

Your code lands on a page tied to your panel, so the people who scan it instead of cutting the coupon still get counted. We report the number back to you.

03

A reason to touch the card

We are building a puzzle into the card with the answer submitted on our site for a small reward. That tells us how many households picked it up at all, not just the ones who bought something. That one is coming, not shipped.

Next card

Take your trade before the business down the road does.

Leave your details and we will come back with which trades are still open, what a panel costs on the next card, and where the count stands. If the routes we are covering are not where your customers live, we will tell you that instead of selling you a panel.

Reserving a trade holds it while we talk. Nothing is charged, and no card is printed until sixteen panels are committed.
