Every Door Direct Mail · Fort Myers
A 9 by 12 card, mailed to every home on the routes we pick. You take a panel, and your trade is closed for that card: if you are the roofer, you are the only roofer on it. Sixteen businesses split a mailing none of them could justify alone.
Side A shown. Side B carries the other eight panels.
Where it lands
We are not mailing all of Lee County. The first card goes to the routes east and south of RSW, where the gated communities are and where new homes are still coming out of the ground.
Every occupied address on the carrier routes you approve. No rented data, no bounced records, no opt-outs to manage.
An oversized flat does not stack with the letters. It goes on the counter, and the coupons come off it one at a time over the next few weeks.
A household that just moved in is picking a lawn guy, a pool guy, a dentist and a pizza place, all in the same few months. They are choosing for the first time, not switching.
The name is a promise
Every mailer company in Florida will show you a statistic about direct mail beating email by thirty-seven times. That number is real, and it describes personalized mail sent to a company's own customer list. It does not describe an unaddressed postcard. So here is what we will tell you instead.
That is the industry's own benchmark for a standard unaddressed postcard. The calculator below starts at one percent, the bottom of the range. If the math does not work at one percent, do not buy a panel.
EDDM is bought by mail carrier route, not by household. We can pick routes by average income, age and household size. We cannot pick your neighbor. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something else.
What we promise is what we control: every occupied address on the routes you approved, and no competitor of yours anywhere on that card. What happens next depends on your offer.
Your panel
Sixteen panels, sixteen trades
One business per trade on each card. If you keep your panel, you keep your trade on the next one. If you drop it, it opens to whoever asks first.
Not on the list? Tell us. If your trade does not collide with one already on the card, we open it. Need more room? Two panels side by side is an option.
The math
Nothing here is prefilled in our favor. Set your own numbers.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It assumes your offer is worth acting on and that someone answers the phone. We have no way to guarantee any of the three numbers you just set.
Two ways in
The card goes out every quarter. That is deliberate: your busy season is not the roofer's busy season, and a quarterly card lets each business time its offer to the season it is walking into.
Bring a business you trust onto the card and you both pay less. It fills faster and you choose who you sit next to.
Four steps, then it is out of your hands
Pick your category and reserve the panel. From that moment nobody in your line of work can buy onto that card.
Send a logo and your offer. We lay out the coupon and the ad panel and you sign off before anything goes to press.
We print when all sixteen panels are sold. Nothing is charged for a card that does not go out, and you will know where the count stands.
Bundled by carrier route and dropped at the post office. Every occupied address on the routes, one delivery window.
Next card
Call or text and we will tell you which trades are still open, what the panel costs and where the count is. If the routes we cover are not your customers, we will say so.
